5 Key Things You Can Do Without Social Media


Excuse the dirty mirror. But, today is the last day for the next 10 days myself and the other people who are joining the 10 days no social media challenge will have our social media apps! I'm excited to do a social media fast again. It's very much needed right now. Here's a little thing you can do if you're joining the challenge is give yourself some reminders and motivation on sticky notes. You can put them on your bathroom mirror like I did or you can put them somewhere else, doesn't matter. The point of the sticky notes is to be a constant reminder of whatever it is you need reminding of.


If you're wondering what "big 3's" mean, big 3's are the main 3 tasks or goals you have for the day! 



 Also, stay hydrated! I love my gold cup or I guess "tumbler" from Charming Charlie. I actually just found out that it's called a tumbler. Anyways, I take it everywhere and the only thing I ever put in it is water. Isn't it so cute? On the front it says "Girl Boss". Which, I am a girl boss and being a better girl boss is something i'll be working on while on the social media fast. Click here to check out this tumbler or other tumblers.
